The president of Mexico Vicente Fox agreed with his Korean counterpart Kim Dae-jung, the establishment of the XXI Century Mexico-Korea Commission, with the mandate to study the perspectives of the bilateral relationship for the medium and long term, and present specific strategies and actions to be considered by both governments.
